3 Common Situations

Traditional Mortgage

This would be the most common scenario. You are in the market for a new home, your income and credit are good and you have saved up a 5-19% down payment. A lower cost, government insured mortgage could be ideal.

Amortization maximum is 25 years.

20%+ Down Payment

Having a larger down payment is a great, however you will no longer qualify for a government backed mortgage. For this reason you will often pay a higher rate however the terms can be much more flexible.

Amortization period 30-40 years.

Self Employed

If you are self employed and are finding it challenging to get a traditional mortgage we can help. Perhaps your net income is low but you gross income is very good.
