Fair Mortgage Solutions consists of a group of fully licensed and accredited mortgage brokers, fully cognizant of their responsibilities and limitations with respect to clients. 

Their role is to connect their clients with the best possible lender, depending on their specific needs. In preparing to make the connection they will gather the required personal information from their clients.  “Personal Information” means information about an identifiable individual. This may include, without limitation, the individual’s name, home address, age, income, credit history or other financial information, credit card information, personal preferences, and other information about his or her family. Personal Information does not include the name, title, business address, or telephone number of an employee of an organization. Our licensed Mortgage brokers will obtain your consent before or when it collects, uses, or discloses your Personal Information. Consent can be express, implied, or given through an authorized representative. You may withdraw your consent at any time (subject to any legal consequences of which you will be informed). Mortgage broker licensees, however, may collect, use, or disclose Personal Information without your knowledge or consent in exceptional circumstances where such collection, use or disclosure is permitted or required by law. 

The information collected by Fair Mortgage Brokers will only be what is necessary for the task at hand.  It will be what is necessary for them to provide the service that you are requesting.  It will be gathered from you lawfully with full disclosure. 

Our Mortgage Brokers will always get your full and written consent when we collect, use, or disclose any Personal Information. 

Your personal information will only be retained by Fair Mortgage for as long as it is needed to fulfill the task assigned to us by our client. While our duties are being performed, your broker may contact you about necessary updates to financial or personal information. Keeping this information up-to-date and absolutely accurate is particularly important to the success of our process. 

Personal information from our clients is stored securely in an encrypted manner in keeping with the latest in industry standards. Your information is “yours.”  Upon discussion with your broker any information that Fair Mortage holds about you will be disclosed to you unless there are legal reasons not to do so.
